Matt Riddle Stunned By Judges Score Of 29-28 For Opponent Che Mills

UFC welterweight Matt Riddle (8-3, 1NC) felt a little stunned when he heard announcer Bruce Buffer score the bout 29-28 for opponent Che Mills in the opening match of the UFC on FUEL TV 7 main card broadcast. Riddle had just put in a solid performance over Mills, using his wrestling to control most of the fight. So after three rounds, Riddle felt confident with the first score of 29-28 but uncertain of “what fight the judges were watching” with the 29-28 for Mills and new he had it in the bag when the last score of 30-27 was read. The win puts Riddle at undefeated in his last four matches with a 3-0 (1NC) record.
