MMA‘s Great Debate Radio returns for Thursday’s show with a special guest: Breaking Bad actor and former The Ultimate Fighter contestant Tait Fletcher. In addition, the show includes new debate about the latest with Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson.
First popping up on the UFC radar during the third season of The Ultimate Fighter, Tait Fletcher has been a mainstay of the MMA fight scene for the last decade.
He was one of the founding members of the Team Greg Jackson squad in New Mexico alongside Diego Sanchez and Keith Jardine, but with his fighting career now behind him, he has picked up acting.
Most recently, he took on a role on the popular AMC drama Breaking Bad, which airs its finale this weekend. Fletcher will discuss his role on the show, why he left MMA and his upcoming plans.
Also on Thursday’s show, we open up the debate topics to discuss the new fight between Jones and Glover Teixeira as well as ask what’s next for Gustafsson.
Today’s debate topics
—Jones says he beat Gustafsson decisively and does not need a rematch, so instead he will meet Teixeira on Super Bowl weekend. Good move or bad move?
—Should champions have a say in whom they fight?
—Who should face Gustafsson next?
—Khabib Nurmagomedov wants to face TJ Grant next—should Grant take the fight or continue to wait for a title shot?
