The Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) handed down a temporary suspension to UFC featherweight fighter Diego Brandao as a result of the TUF 14 veteran failing his drug test for his UFC 195 fight on January 2 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Brandao tested positive for marijuana metabolites in his pre-fight drug test ahead of his UFC 195 fight against Brian Ortega, a fight Brandao would go on to lose via third round submission.
Brandao is expected to receive a full hearing at a future Nevada Athletic Commission meeting.
