Nick Diaz likens Conor McGregor’s call outs to beating a guy in handcuffs.
Conor McGregor has been in more battles on social media than in the Octagon these days, with the latest salvo involving celebrities. The former champ’s latest string of bizarre tweets went from wanting to host Tom Cruise vs Justin Bieber, to asking to fight Mark Wahlberg on the same card.
Rafael dos Anjos took a jab at McGregor for it, saying that “at this point of your career you can’t keep up with real challengers.”
Nick Diaz also followed suit, as he isn’t a fan of a professional fighter calling out a defenseless and much older actor. The former Strikeforce champion spoke about it briefly on his Instagram.
“Why would you wanna fight someone who cant fight ” Diaz wrote on his Instagram Stories. “What a peace (sic) of shit !! Same as beating someone with handcuffs on.”

The 35-year-old Diaz hasn’t fought since 2015, and according to his long time teammate, is effectively retired from mixed martial arts.
