UFC Fight Night: Perry v Gall

Mike Perry wants to sell his other cornerman slot for his next UFC fight, and his rival Darren Till has hilariously made an offer.

Mike Perry didn’t have a coach on his last fight, and only had his girlfriend in his corner for the contest. While the corner advice was certainly interesting, for the most part, it worked, as Perry was able to defeat Micky Gall by unanimous decision.

It seems like Perry didn’t change his coaching situation, and his next bout against Robbie Lawler at UFC 255 will have a similar setup. Only this time, he’s offering fans a chance to bid on his other cornerman slot.

There seems to be a decent audience for apps like Cameo, where athletes and celebrities get paid to give quick shoutouts to fans, so Perry’s supersized version of it does seem interesting.

It’s unclear whether the UFC and/or athletic commissions would allow such a thing to happen though, but for what it’s worth, he already has a nice $5,000 offer… Except he probably won’t like the bidder.

Till has gone through a LOT of effort to try to poke fun and troll Perry online. The Florida-native clearly did not appreciate Till’s jokes, and the furious welterweight has even said he’s willing to “go to jail” if they see each other.

I’m not sure $5,000 would change his mind, but if it happens, I’m going to need someone to film them and properly record the corner audio for the fight.
