Former UFC Middleweight champ Rich Franklin stops by Fortune Gym in Los Angeles to hang out with MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant, days after the world premiere of the feature film “Hamill.” Rich plays a small part in the film, but in this excerpt from a long chat with Karyn, he talks about his upcoming fight with Forrest Griffin, scheduled for UFC 126 in February, 2011, which he predicts will be a crowd-pleasing, raging battle from bell to bell. The conversation also includes Rich’s thoughts on throwing down at the Thanksgiving dinner table, getting ready for fight camp and his reaction to being called “The Man Who Retired Chuck Liddell.” We hear why Rich likes to fight at 205 lbs, and what his plans are in terms of winning another belt.
