Tom “Kong” Watson entered the UFC with a record of 15-4. At the time he signed his UFC contract, he was in the midst of a three-fight win streak, with all three of those wins in defense of his BAMMA middleweight title belt.

Watson saw his winning streak come to an end in his UFC debut, as he dropped a split decision to Brad Tavares in Nottingham, England. But he fared much better in his next bout, earning a second-round TKO victory over Stanislav Nedkov in February of this year.

Not only did Watson rebound from the loss to Tavares, he did so by capturing both “Knockout of the Night” and “Fight of the Night” bonuses in his back-and-forth battle with Nedkov.

Following the fight, Watson took to the microphone during his post-fight in-cage interview and said, “There is an epidemic in MMA right now: TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). I want to call out anybody who is on testosterone, any drugs. Get in here and fight me next. All I’ve got is heart; this is all I’ve got.”

Watson, not backing down from his statements, recently added, “It’s difficult in my division, because I think most of my division is on some stuff.” He then took an additional jab at those who use something other than time to heal from their injuries.

The 16-5 fighter is currently without a fight, but he doesn’t seem that concerned about who he gets matched up against next.

Check out what Watson has to say about the middleweight division in the accompanying video.
