Travis Browne was on top of the world.
He was one of the hottest rising prospects in the UFC’s heavyweight division, with a wealth of athletic talents and traits that made him a tough opponent for anyone.
But then Browne stepped into the cage with Antonio Silva, and after suffering a knee injury that seriously crippled his mobility, lost to the future heavyweight title contender by TKO.
It was the first loss of Browne’s career, and he talked to Bleacher Report about that loss and what it did to him mentally in an exclusive video interview.
Browne also discusses his upcoming The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale fight with Gabriel Gonzaga, his history of watching Gonzaga before Browne even became a fighter, where he thinks Gonzaga is most dangerous and much, much more.
Check out the interview highlights in the video above.
