MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant spends a few minutes with UFC Heavyweight Roy “Big Country” Nelson at the UFC Fan Expo in Toronto, and gets his thoughts on everything from what makes a kick-ass mullet, to hanging with the fans, and to what he doesn’t like about Canadian drivers (sorry, eh). Roy talks about how the fight with Frank Mir came about, what kind of relationship the two have and what Rashad Evans and Jon Jones have to do with it. And just for the record: Roy isn’t from the “Big Country” at all. He’s from Vegas.
