UFC 206 is here after its drama-filled trek to our living rooms.

Georges St-Pierre was originally linked to Saturday night’s event, but those talks fell through, according to Bleacher Report Guest Columnist Brian D’Souza. Then it was supposed to be headlined by Daniel Cormier defending the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship against Anthony Johnson, but an injury to Cormier took that fight off the bill.

Thus, the co-main event between Max Holloway and Anthony Pettis was elevated to the main event with a halfhearted interim featherweight belt attached to it. However, Pettis missed weight Friday. Now only Holloway has a chance to win the paper championship at UFC 206, but the fight goes on as a five-round affair, per Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times.
