UFC Fight Night 71 is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15.

The midweek event consists of 12 matchups, headlined by a heavyweight tussle between Frank Mir and Todd Duffee.

Mir enters the main event coming off a knockout win over Antonio Silva from earlier this year. Still, he remains in dire need of a victory at Fight Night 71 because he came out on the losing side of his previous four outings.

One-time top prospect Duffee has found early success in his second UFC stint, earning a pair of first-round stoppages since rejoining the promotion. A win over Mir would be Duffee’s most notable triumph to date.

In the co-main event of the evening, lightweights Josh Thomson and Tony Ferguson will square off. Thomson has dropped two straight split decisions, while Ferguson is riding a five-fight win streak.
