Takeya Mizugaki replaces an injured Manny Gamburyan and will now face Aljamain Sterling at UFC on FOX 15 on April 18, 2015, according to UFC officials Tuesday.
Mizugaki (20-8-2) has won four of his five past fights, but lost to Dominick Cruz via first-round TKO in his last outing at UFC 178.
Sterling (10-0) has won his previous two UFC fights, knocking out Hugo Viana in the third round at UFC Fight Night 45 in his last trip to the Octagon..
Lyoto Machida will face Luke Rockhold in the main event.
Two fights have also been added to UFC Fight Night 64 on April 11 in Krakow, Poland.
Sergio Moraes (8-2) faces Peter Sobotta (14-4-1) in a welterweight contest, while Daniel Omielanczuk (16-4) squares off against Anthony Hamilton (13-4) in a heavyweight match.
Gabriel Gonzaga faces Mirko Cro Cop in the main event.
