The UFC has officially released its promotional video for the upcoming UFC on FOX 6 event. The event will take place January 26th in Chicago.

The event will be free and will feature a bevy of stacked fights. Among the fights scheduled are a light-heavyweight tilt between Ryan Bader and Vladimir Matyushenko, Clay Guida’s featherweight debut against Hatsu Hioki and a match where Canadian TJ Grant will look to continue his winning streak against Matt Wiman.
The main card is an excellent way to ring in the New Year and it will start off with a contenders fight in the featherweight division. Erik Koch will take on Ricardo Lamas to potentially determine the next challenger to Jose Aldo.
A clash of two exciting lightweights is also on tap for this event, as Anthony Pettis and Donald Cerrone will throw down to determine the next challenger to Benson Henderson’s lightweight crown.
The night doesn’t end there as the co-main event features an epic clash of 205’ers as the red-hot Glover Teixeira will welcome Quinton “Rampage” Jackson back into the Octagon. It will be Jackson’s first fight since his loss at UFC 144.
The night will end with a bang as flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will defend his title against new challenger and TUF 14 winner John Dodson.
Both men are coming off wins, with Johnson beating Joseph Benavidez for the inaugural flyweight title, and Dodson knocking out Jussier da Silva.
UFC on FOX 6 is a great way to be kicking off an action-packed 2013 schedule.
