The UFC planned to hold an open casting call for The Ultimate Fighter 24 later this month with flyweights competing for a future shot at the champion.
However, the promotion announced on Tuesday that they will not hold the planned casting call.
No further information was made known about what will happen with TUF 24.
UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson was against the idea that he would be defending his title in December against a winner of TUF.
