Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will make its return to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, later tonight (Sat., May 11, 2019) for UFC 237 set to air live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Jeunesse Arena. The main event of the evening will feature a women’s strawweight clash between current champion Rose Namajunas and top contender Jessica Andrade. The co-main event will pit former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva against hard-hitting contender Jared Cannonier.

While UFC 237 isn’t the most stacked card of the year it should leave fight fans satisfied when it’s all said and done. The top two fights are the biggest attractions of the evening, but UFC 237 will also feature a featherweight clash between former champion Jose Aldo and surging contender Alexander Volkanovski, as well as a “Prelims” matchup pitting former UFC king B.J. Penn against veteran Clay Guida.

In preparation for UFC 237, the promotion has dug deep into the vault to put together the top 5 best knockouts from the fighters competing. The video montage, which can be seen in the above player, includes Namajunas’ upset knockout over Joanna Jedrzejczyk back at UFC 217, Silva’s legendary front kick finish of Vitor Belfort, and Jose Aldo’s buzzer-beater knockout over Chad Mendes in Rio de Janeiro over seven years ago.

Fight fans will have to tune in later tonight to find out if any new highlight-reel knockouts are added to this already impressive collection of finishes.

MMAmania.com will deliver LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the entire UFC 237 fight card below, starting with the Fight Pass “Prelims” matches online, which are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. ET, then the remaining undercard balance on ESPN at 8 p.m. ET, before the ESPN+ PPV main card start time at 10 p.m. ET.
