Video: Returning Lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov batters Darrell Horcher at UFC on FOX 19

Well, Khabib Nurmagomedov is back and taking over where he left off two years ago.

In his first appearance since defeating current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos back at UFC on FOX 11, “The Eagle” absolutely demolished promotional newcomer and fill-in crash test dummy Darrell Horcher at UFC on FOX 19 tonight (Sat., April 16, 2016) to the tune of a second-round TKO.

While many mixed martial arts pundits knew Nurmagomedov was going to overpower and essentially rag doll Horcher to remain undefeated, it’s always a shock to see how dominate the American Kickboxing Academy standout truly is.

The Russian’s violent finish can be seen below:

Nurmagomedov moves to 23-0 in his professional career as Horcher drops is first bout since losing to former UFC vet Phillipe Nover back in 2013.

At this point, the only matchup left for “The Eagle” is a title shot, which will be against the winner of RDA vs. Eddie Alvarez currently scheduled to take place at UFC Fight Night 90 on July 7.
