WTF?! Videos of the Day: Arianny Dances, Rampage Slaps, and More

(Just another day researching hard-hitting stories here at the CP offices.)

Arianny Celeste is officially a triple threat. Not only can she strike a pose with the best of them, but she can sing the roof off the rafters. And now….this.

Cast as “Japanese schoolgirl” in the latest video by electro pop band Manufactured Superstars, Ms. Celeste turns in a performance that will surely go down as the single greatest piece of acting in a four minute party sequence of all time. Simply put, it brought tears to my penis eyes. As for the music itself, well, it roughly reminds me of something I’d come upon if I happened to be playing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, so make what you want of that, and join us after the jump for the video.

Also after the jump: everyone’s favorite HR disaster, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson slaps a willing fan, and Brendan Schuab goes ghost hunting.

Manufactured Superstars – “Silver Splits the Blue”

Now that you’ve punctured both your eardrums with a spork, check out something mildly more entertaining– a drunk Quinton Jackson slapping a fan in the face outside of a club. The fan said it was by request, but we think he may have asked Quinton when that album of his was dropping.

And now for something completely different

Set to take on Ben Rothwell at UFC 145, Brendan Schuab recently took a little time to go ghost hunting with the crew of Ghost Show #315, or the creatively titled Ghost Adventures, which airs on the Travel Channel. Though it is only a preview of the upcoming episode, we’re going to go ahead and take a guess at what happens over the course of the actual show.

1. Three to four chairs will either creek or tip over.
2. Wind will be passed off as a paranormal encounter.
3. Grown men will wander around in the darkness, repeatedly asking/shouting questions that never get answered.
4. They will conclude that the building they entered was in fact haunted.

Thrilling stuff.

Hot Potato: Arianny Celeste Gets Her Tim Burton On

Thank God for Arianny Celeste. The woman’s tireless devotion to strip down and be photographed in every fashion possible is commendable to say the least, and her recent shoot with Randall Slavin for Complex Magazine shows us a yet another side of the long time UFC ring girl, specifically, the Nightmare Before Christmas/S&M side. It’s safe to say that we REALLY enjoy this facet of her personality, and hope to see more of it in the near future. Check out the gallery above (Props to Don Fonzarelli for the find), the video below, and be sure to follow Ms. Celeste on Twitter.

Reminder: Watch the UFC on Fox 2 Weigh-ins Live Right Here at 5:00 pm ET

Just a friendly reminder that the weigh-ins tomorrow night’s UFC on Fox 2: Evans vs. Davis event will go live at 5:00 pm ET and we’ll have the stream of the festivities for you right here.

Will Chael Sonnen weigh in with his belt on? Will Arianny go bananas over Phil Davis and Rashad Evans like she did Alistair Overeem? Will Dana White wear an “I Love Nerds” t-shirt?

All of these questions and more will be answered soon.
Check out the stream after the jump.

While Alistair Was Retiring Brock a New Episode of ‘The Reem’ Quietly Made Its Way Onto the Interwebs

(If Arianny liked us 1/10 as much as she does “The Reem” we’d be out of the doghouse right now)

While the rest of us were watching Alistair Overeem make Brock Lesnar wish he had never taken up real fighting, the creative powers behind “The Reem” were releasing another episode of our favorite online documentary.

(Poor Tiki)

Judging by our favorite two gifs from the episode, you can guess that “The Demolition Man” was a big hit in Vegas.

Check it out after the jump.

Season 2, episode 9 begins with Alistair arriving in Las Vegas where he promptly heads to a clinic to submit a urine sample as per NSAC requirement. After that “The Demolition Man” heads to the MGM Grand to attend to some last-minute promotional odds and ends. He’s joined by possibly the coolest guy under Zuffa contract (sorry Bruce), Burt Watson who gives the former Strikeforce champ a rundown of what’s going to go down on fight night.

Alistair shows his sense of humor when he gives Ariel Helwani a hug, just so he can get him sweaty, which may be why the MMAFighting.com reporter says he gives “the slight edge on paper” to Lesnar in the fight.

Does anybody else find it fascinating that Brock knows he had surgery in May but can’t calculate how many months it’s been since then? I don’t know if he can’t add or if he just doesn’t give a shit as long as he gets paid… or was that his opinion on fighting?

It’s also curious to note that Brock’s confidence in his striking was high heading into the fight, which may explain why he forgot he was once a Division I wrestler. Saying that he and Pat Barry were “banging” and it was “look out time” when they sparred may have foreshadowed his true gameplan for the bout. Having a paid training partner and coach who stands in the pocket and trades with you to boost your confidence in the gym isn’t the same as squaring off against someone like Overeem who could snap your neck with a kick or a punch. Lesson learned.
