BRAVE CF touches down in India this week for BRAVE CF 30. The 11-bout card is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 23 November, inside the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. The card is set to start 8:30 am (ET).
This event will be the Bahrain-based promotion’s third trip to the subcontinent. In 2018 they paid a visit to Pakistan to stage BRAVE CF 17 before making their Indian debut two months later when they held BRAVE CF 20 in Hyderabad.
Headlining Saturday’s card will be a BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Title Clash. Defending champion Stephen Loman will lock horns with Canadian Louie Sanoudakis. Loman claimed the strap back in 2017 at BRAVE CF 9. Since then has made three successful title defenses and is currently the promotions longest-reigning champion.
The 27 year-old Filipino trains out of Team Lakay in Baguio City, Philippines, and has not lost a bout since 2016. Sanoudakis should provide a tough challenge for the champion. The 30 year-old who trains out of Canada’s Tristar Gym, has only lost once since turning pro in 2013.
Sanoudakis will need to come prepared with the right game plan to unsettle the current champ. Loman who goes by the moniker “The Sniper”, has an impressive attacking striking arsenal at his disposal.
If Loman wins, he may find himself looking towards a possible super-fight with BRAVE CF Featherweight Champion Bubba Jenkins. Jenkins has said he could picture himself challenging for the bantamweight strap. If he does decide to chase a second title, he will undoubtedly add an extra layer of excitement to the bantamweight division.
The co-main event of the evening will be a middleweight clash between Austria’s Dominik Schober and the USA’s Phil Hawes. The inaugural BRAVE CF Middleweight champion will be crowned at BRAVE CF 31 when Chad Hanekom takes on Daniel Gaucho. So both Schober and Hawes ,who are making their promotional debuts, will be looking to insert themselves into the title picture with an impressive performance.
U.S. fans can watch the event on pay-per-view (PPV) via Fite TV. For the majority of the rest of the world, the event can be watched free on bravecftv.

BRAVE CF returns this week with BRAVE 28 set to take place in Bucharest, Romania, on Monday, 4 November 2019. The event is set to start at 12:00 pm ET.
This event will be the first that time that BRAVE CF has touched down in continental Europe. The card was initially slated to take place in the Philippines until circumstances forced a change of locations. The Bahrain-based promotion has said they will be returning to the South East Asian country in the future, but for now, the Philippine’s loss is Romania’s gain.
Monday’s event will be a collaborative affair with BRAVE CF partnering with local based MMA promotion RXF. BRAVE CF has a history with teaming up with local promoters to facilitate the growth of MMA in new regions.
The BRAVE matchmakers have put together a selection of bouts that should provide fans with plenty of action. The main event bout between New Zealand’s John Brewin and Polish slugger Maciej Gierszewki is shaping up to be a pivotal contest in the lightweight division. Both men come into this bout on the back of victories over Ireland’s Cian Cowley.
Gierszewki has five wins to his name, all coming via way of knockout. The Pole sent Cowley to the canvas at BRAVE 24 and will be looking to do the same against Brewin. All of Gierszewki’s losses have come via submission, and he has only gone past the opening round once in his nine bout career.
In Brewin, he will be facing a tough Kiwi fighter who has serious knockout power, plus an impressive ground game. The Bali MMA trained athlete has more tools at his disposal than Gierszewki when it comes to finding ways to get the win, and will be looking to cement himself as one of the divisions best fighters with a win this week. This bout should be an explosive encounter between two men gunning for a title shot.
The co-main event features undefeated Frenchman Benoit St-Denis taking on Poland’s Pawel Kielek. While both men are only 23-years of age, Kielek has had almost three times the number of fights as St-Denis. However, the Pole has alternated between wins and losses in recent years as opposed to St-Denis, who is looking like a solid prospect.
The Parisian based fighter only turned pro this year and has already racked up four straight victories. Kielek will be St-Denis’ most experienced opponent to date, and it will be interesting to see how he handles his upcoming test.
U.S. fans can watch the event on pay-per-view (PPV) via Fite TV. For the majority of the rest of the world, the event can be watched free on bravecftv.
