For the first time in Ultimate Fighter history, 16 regional champions will compete, with the winner earning a shot at UFC flyweight titleholder Demetrious Johnson.
The series debuts tonight on FOX Sports 1 at 10 p.m. ET and will be two hours before returning to the usual one-hour episodes next Wednesday.
Johnson is expected to defend his belt against the winner in December, with coaches Joseph Benavidez and Henry Cejudo also meeting that same night.
