I don’t know what’s up with the MMA industry getting all into the “Teach Me How to Dougie” song recently when it was released over a year ago but Urijah Faber and Jon Jones recently put out this fun video doing the dance and now Ariel Helwani invited Alistair Overeem to the MMA Hour studio and asked him to Dougie. It looks like Ariel was attempting to cheer up Overeem who is disappointed in his lackluster performance against Fabricio Werdum at the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix. Ariel thinks Overeem needs to incorporate some swagger into his fights. Ariel is also (surprisingly) a pretty good dancer.
