Issuing yet another warning to distinct enemy, Alex Pereira ahead of his UFC 303 return this weekend, former champion, Jamahal Hill claims if the Brazilian drops his title against Jiri Prochazka – he will await him in a rematch.

Hill, the current number three ranked light heavyweight contender, was slated to make his own return at UFC 303 this weekend, seeing a rescheduled bout with the surging, Carlos Ulberg fall to the wayside after he suffered another injury setback.

Snapping his sidelining through an achilles injury last summer with a headliner against the previously mentioned, Pereira at UFC 300 earlier this year, ex-champion, Hill dropped a stunning opening round knockout loss to the Sao Paulo finisher.

And immediately staking his claim for a title fight rematch with former duel-weight champion, Pereira in the future off the back of his one-sided loss, Illinois native, Hill claimed once more ahead of UFC 303 – if the former slips up just once, he will force him to fight him again next.

“Alex (Pereira) has got his own task ahead of him,” Jamahal Hill said on his YouTube channel. “This weekend, he’s fighting JIir Prochazka defending the title. Best of luck to you in this rematch – because if you lose, I don’t give a f*ck if they [the UFC] offer me a title shot. It’s me and you [next].”

“You win, I’m going to go starch the next guy, and I’ll see you soon,” Jamahal Hill explained. “You lose, I see you real soon.”

Hitting out at Pereira’s now-viral celebration against him, Hill claimed he would remind the Brazilian fan-favorite what it feels like to wake up from a devastating knockout if he gets the chance to share the Octagon with him again.

Hill, the current number three ranked contender at 205lbs, has been sidelined since he headlined UFC 300 back in April, dropping a devastating opening round knockout defeat to former two-weight champion, Pereira.

Receiving the wrath of Pereira earlier this week after he hit out at the light heavyweight champion for his now-viral celebration over him at UFC 300, Hill was met with another brash tirade from the Sao Paulo favorite.

“To be honest, I don’t get why he’s (Jamahal Hill) doing this so late,” Alex Pereira told Fox Sports Australia. “It’s been almost two months. People usually do that right away, but maybe he just woke up from the knockout.”

“It’s kind of like you harvest what you seed,” Alex Pereira explained. “During Glover’s (Teixeira) fight, he was respectful. Glover, he got respect at the end. With us, he was a bit more disrespectful – so he got what he put on.”

Pereira, a former undisputed middleweight titleholder and the incumbent light heavyweight standard, has been sidelined since he toppled the above-mentioned Hill in brutal fashion in the main event of UFC 300 months ago, successfully defending his 205lbs title for the first time.

Receiving criticizm from Illinois native, Hill two months on from his knockout loss, Pereira was blasted for his viral celebration over the fallen former – who then claimed he would leave him “stiff” in a title fight rematch.

“Now I haven’t really spoke on this but I went to Brazil and DOGG WALKED your guy in one of the most one sided ass whooping in championship history and after showed nothing but respect and paid homage!!” Jamahal Hill posted on his official Instagram account. “I’ve never celebrated over an opponent I beat and even called out my fans for disrespecting Johnny Walker after I slept him!!”

“But because I showed competitive fire and was excited to be back after an injury that could of ended me career y’all think this was funny or cool!!” Jamahal Hill continued. “@alexpoatanpereir you really setup a punch you couldn’t get to without a weird confusing moment and did some weak sh*t but it ok because you will fight me again and my eyes won’t leave you until your (sic) as stiff as Izzy (Israel Adesanya) left you in Miami!!!”

Alex Pereira responds to arch-enemy Jamahal Hill

And replying to Hill on his own social media today, Pereira claimed Hill’s pre-fight antics and trash talk was a surefire result of him reaping what he had sown in his own respective celebration.

“You reap what you sow, chama,” Alex Pereira replied in the comments.
