Former UFC light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin has been through some of the toughest and greatest battles in the Octagon, and the 32-year-old might only have a few left in him, according to a recent interview with MMA Fight Corner.

“If people would pay to see that fight, I’ll get paid to fight that fight,” Griffin responded to a question about a third fight with Tito Ortiz. “I care more about where the fight is—I don’t travel well. If that fight happens in the continental United States, I’m down!”

Griffin is 1-1 versus Ortiz and won their previous fight by split decision at UFC 106. The split-decision victory was one of his two wins from his last five fights. A win over Rich Franklin followed, but the two-fight win streak came to an end when Griffin was stopped by Mauricio “Shogun” Rua in their highly-anticipated rematch at UFC 134.

Knockout losses versus Anderson Silva and Rashad Evans both earned him fight of the night awards, but the damage taken in those bouts may have Griffin second-guessing his career path.

“If anything, for me now, I’m realizing that I don’t have much left,” Griffin continued. “This is the end of the road for me. I want a couple of more fight fights, you know, good ones! Fights where I don’t get knocked out in the first round. Fights where I get hurt and bleed a little but I kinda rally back.  Something of that nature. As far as a fight with Tito, yeah it would be good but do people want to see it?”

The Ultimate Fighter winner’s greatest victory came against Quinton Jackson at UFC 86 when he won the UFC light heavyweight championship. His wins inside the Octagon include those against Rua, Ortiz, Franklin, Stephan Bonnar and Elvis Sinosic.

UFC 141 Fight Card: Will This Be Brock Lesnar’s Last Stand?

On December 30th, 2011 the Ultimate Fighting Championship will air their last pay-per-view event of 2011 when they travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for UFC 141.

UFC 141 will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena as the scheduled time will be pushed back to 7:00 p.m. PT and 10:00 p.m. ET.

In one of the most hyped, anticipated and exciting bouts of all-time, Brock Lesnar will make his long-awaited return to the Octagon to take on Alistair Overeem.

After a whirlwind of controversy, Lesnar and Overeem are set to meet in the main event of the evening at UFC 141 with the winner moving on to face Junior Dos Santos for a heavyweight title shot.

And, while Lesnar will certainly be eying up another shot at UFC gold, what happens if he falls short against Overeem?

Could UFC 141 be the last time we see Brock Lesnar inside the Octagon?

After being stripped by Cain Velasquez of the 265-pound title at UFC 121, Lesnar took personal time away from the sport of mixed martial arts.

Lesnar endured an extremely difficult trial with diverticulitis, and many fans were unsure if they would ever see Lesnar fighting again.

But Lesnar is now back and promises to be the “Brock” we all once knew.

However, Lesnar hasn’t stood across the Octagon from an opponent since October of 2010.

It’s likely that being off for such a lengthy amount of time could ultimately play a role in Lesnar’s bout on December 30th.

On top of the ring rust that could possibly be present is the reflecting question of exactly how healthy is Lesnar?

If Lesnar were to come up short at UFC 141, it could be tough sledding from there which leaves UFC fans across the globe with one question:

Could UFC 141 be Brock Lesnar’s last stand?

UFC on Fox: Why Dana White and Co. Are Making a Huge Mistake

After a strong debut on network television in November, Dana White and the UFC a gearing up for their deal with Fox to more fully play out. Dozens of events are in the works for next year across several networks in the Fox family.

It looks like it’s going to be a great partnership.

There is one stumbling block, though—Fuel TV.

Fuel TV is set to be the home of all things UFC. From UFC unleashed, to prelims and even full events, Fuel is set to make more than a quarter of their programming UFC-related.

The problem is most people don’t get the channel.

A quick search of any article relating to Fuel on Bleacher Report will show the same thing. People don’t get Fuel TV. It’s understandable because few television providers even offer it.

As of today, Fuel is only available in about 26 million homes across America. That number is paltry compared to Fox and FX. It’s small even compared to the UFC’s old home, Spike TV.

The decision to hold so much of their content on Fuel means that many fans are going to be left out of the loop. Prelims that were once easily and readily accessible to anyone on Facebook are moving to a niche channel. Full fight cards will be lost to many fans.

If the UFC really wants to grow its business, the only way to do it is to make as many fights available to as many people as possible. Moving so much content to Fuel is hindering that goal.

Give as an alternative online or push to get Fuel TV in more homes.

It’s your move, Mr. White.
