Paige VanZant has expressed a willingness to fight Ronda Rousey, provided the former UFC bantamweight champion is willing to meet her at 125 pounds.
According to TMZ Sports, VanZant said she would only step into the Octagon with Rowdy if they met in the middle between the former’s 115 pounds and the latter’s 135:
She said: “Hey, if she wants to meet me at 125. [She’d have to cut down a little bit], and I’d have to go up. I would consider going up to 125, it’s not that big of a weight gain for me.”
When asked if she could beat Rousey, VanZant replied: “We’ll see.”
