The UFC has officially descended on Fort Hood, Texas as part of Saturday’s UFC: Fight for the Troops 2 event. Tomorrow nights show is all part of the promotions effort to raise money for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Donations can be made at the UFC’s FightForTheTroops.com website. Each donation over $50 will earn that person a small gift from the UFC.

The two will meet on February 5th as part of the upcoming UFC 126: Silva vs. Belfort event.

Strikeforce heavyweight Fedor Emelianenko joins several others for a dip in the icy river of the Oskol river in Russia as part of the Orthodox Epiphany’s Eve. The fighter did to help cleanse himself spiritually and to gain strength for the coming year.
The temperature outside was apparently -20 Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit).
