The 22-year-old is a ring girl for the Arizona-based World Fighting Federation MMA promotion, and has landed a coveted spot as Playboy‘s “Playmate of the Month” for August 2011. (Seriously. Pick up the issue right now.) Iryna is also a grad student in psychology, and is obsessed with guacamole and Starbucks.
