Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey may be awaiting her anticipated return to the Octagon, but her nude body paint photos in Sports Illustrated have been stirring up a ton of attention without her having to get punched in the face.

The photos leaked earlier this year, with two sets boasting Rousey wearing nothing but artistic body paint for the magazine’s longtime Swimsuit Edition, but last night (Sat., February 13, 2016) her modeling career was propelled to the next level when ‘Rowdy’ would join Ashley Graham and Hailey Clauson as one of three cover models of this year’s issue, which debuts at newsstands on Monday, February 15, at “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Revealed 2016.”

Since shockingly surrendering her title in brutal fashion to Holly Holm at last November’s UFC 193 from Australia, former UFC bantamweight queen “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey has remained relatively quiet regarding her fighting future, only making it clear that she will be taking time off after the knockout.

Although she hasn’t been fighting, Rousey certainly has remained busy. She recently hosted an edition of Saturday Night Live, and is in the process of filming multiple movies.

It appears as if the global superstar has continued working on her modeling career as well in her time away from the Octagon. Earlier this month, it was reported that Rousey was taking part in a nude body-paint photoshoot for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

It now appears as if the “Rowdy” one was body-painted twice, and will once again be in Sports Illustrated in 2016.
