On Friday night, another controversial referee spot happened during the Legacy FC 56 event in Dallas, Texas.

During the main event of the show, Steven Peterson got opponent Manny Vazquez’s back and secured a rear-naked choke, one that would go on to be a fight-finisher.

Embedded above is close up footage of the finish of the Peterson-Vazquez bout, and as you can see, the feree of the bout, Steve Armstrong, allowed the choke to go on way longer than necessary.
