Current Fight Night 22 Odds.  Live on Saturday, September 25, 2010 the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas will host UFC Fight Night 22.  The Main Event brings us former UFC middleweight contender Nate “The Great” Marquardt (30-8-2) taking on submission specialist Rousimar “Toquinho” Palhares (11-2).  Nate is coming off a unanimous decision loss to number one contender Chael Sonnen, where he was completely dominated and couldn’t seem to get off his back.  On the other hand Palhares is on a three fight win streak.  But is coming back from a 90 day suspension due to the fact he held on to a heel hook too long in his last outing against Tomasz Drwal.  These two were scheduled to meet at UFC 118, but since Alan Belcher was forced to withdraw form the main event with Demian Maia.  These two will now headline the event.  Marquardt has very good submission defense but Palhares is a game opponent and should make for a good main event.

The Co-Main event features a rematch between Matt Wiman (12-5) and Mac Danzig (19-8-1).  At UFC 115 Wiman defeated Danzig via guillotine choke, but was stopped because Wiman was claiming Danzig tapped.  However the replay shows that Danzig did not tap and was still conscious. Also on the card is Jim Miller (17-2) taking on Gleison Tibau (21-6), and Ross Pearson (11-3) vs. Cole MIller (16-4).  All of this is FREE on Spike TV at 8:00 p.m. E.T.

Current UFC 119 Odds.  Live on Saturday, September 25, 2010 the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana will host UFC 119.  The Main Event pits a rematch between Frank Mir (13-5) vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (32-6-1-1).  They first met back at UFC 92 where Mir finished Nogueira via TKO in round two and won the UFC HW interim belt.  After the fight Nogueira said that he was just getting over a staph infection that affected his performance during the fight.  It also marked the first time Antonio had been stopped via T/KO.  I guess we will see this time if that played a role in their first meeting?  Or was it Mir’s improved stand up that was the difference?  Any way it should make for a good fight.

Also on the card we have the other half of the Noguira twins in Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (19-3) facing off with undefeated wrestler Ryan “Darth” Bader (11-0). In Rogerio’s last fight he won a controversial split decision as he struggled to take out Jason Brilz and won via split decision.  Bader took out Keith Jardine via KO and gave him his walking papers from the UFC.  Who would of that both of the Noguiera brothers would be underdogs on the same card.

We just updated our UFC 117 betting odds side bar to the right.

A good deal of movement in the lines and some good value to be had. Here’s a look at where to make your wagers.

:: As expected, a lot of public money is moving towards Anderson Silva. Chael Sonnen looking batshit crazy recently in denying he made an interview that he clearly made probably isn’t helping his cause either. But Silva moved over 50 points the past few weeks (for example, from +450 to +525 at Bodog). So if you, like us, think Silva eviscerates Sonnen, grab him at -400 at BetUS. If you think Sonnen has a shot at an upset, get him at +350 on Bodog here.

:: On the co-headliner, BetUS has Jon Fitch at Even, so take here that over the -105-130 offered elsewhere. BetED has Thiago Alves oddly listed as a dog at +100, so pick it up here.

:: Finally, Junior Dos Santos is a heavy favorite, but is listed as a less slightly heavy favorite at Bodog (-325) here. Roy Nelson, who we think definitely has a shot for an upset, has by far the best value at Bookmaker, who has him listed at +310 (he’s +250 everywhere else). So if you like Nelson in an upset, take the +310 at Bookmaker here.

:: And finally finally, just cause there’s always a big upset and we love the nickname, take Rodney “Sho Nuff the Master” Wallace at Bodog at +500 here.
