Derek Brunson (17-5) didn’t need a lot of time to put Daniel Kelly (13-2) away.

A middleweight tilt served as the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 110. Brunson battled Kelly inside the Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand.

This one was short and emphatic in favor of “The Law.”

Brunson opened up with a leg kick early on. He looked for an overhand, but it looked a bit sloppy. Brunson landed another leg kick and looked to have more patient than previous fights. It paid off as he picked his shot perfectly and finished Kelly.

Final Result: Derek Brunson def. Dan Kelly via TKO (Punches) – R1, 1:16

Dan Hooker (14-7) delivered a highlight reel knockout over Ross Pearson (19-14, 1 NC).

Mixed martial arts (MMA) veterans Hooker and Pearson competed tonight (June 10) inside the Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. Hooker was the hometown favorite.

A punch to the body followed by a straight punch was there for Pearson early. A leg kick landed for Hooker. He stopped a takedown attempt and connected with another leg kick. More leg kicks were there for Hooker. He went high with a kick that was blocked.

Pearson pressed his opponent against the fence and landed a knee to the body and an uppercut on the break. Hooker used his reach to keep his opponent at bay. A leg kick found the mark for Pearson, but Hooker fired back with his own. The round ended shortly after.

A jab was there for Hooker early in the second round. Pearson missed a winging hook. Hooker kept chopping away at the lead leg of his opponent. Blood formed on the nose of Hooker. Pearson landed a right hand. A knee crumbled Pearson and he was out.

Final Result: Dan Hooker def. Ross Pearson via KO (Knee) – R2, 3:02

It’s once again fight day here at LowKickMMA, and the talent on display tonight (Saturday, June 10th, 2017) will come from in the form of UFC Fight Night 110. Headlining the card are Mark Hunt and Derrick Lewis, but there’s a whole bunch of great fights also taking place on the preliminary section of the card.

Damien Brown vs. Vinc Pichel in a lightweight bout closes the preliminary card on FOX Sports 1.

Dominique Steele vs. Luke Jumeau is next in a welterweight bout.

John Moraga vs. Ashkan Mokhtarian is next in a flyweight bout.

Kiichi Kunimoto vs. Zak Ottow in a welterweight opens the FOX Sports 1 preliminary bouts.

JJ Aldrich vs. Chan-Mi Jeon in a strawweight bout is the only the UFC Fight Pass preliminary card.

UFC Fight Night 110 is here, and it goes down today (Saturday, June 11th) from the Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. The event will be the second that the promotion has hosted in Auckland, following UFC Fight Night: Te Huna vs. Marquardt in June 2014. The prelims with air on UFC Fight Pass at 7PM/4PM ETPT with two bouts while four bouts will air on FOX Sports 1 at 8PM/5PM ETPT. The main card will feature six bouts on FOX Sports 1 at 10PM/7PM ETPT.

A heavyweight bout between Derrick Lewis and former interim title contender Mark Hunt will serve as the main event. Derek Brunson vs. Dan Kelly in a middleweight bout will serve as the co-main event. Rounding out the main card is Dan Hooker vs. Ross Pearson in a lightweight bout, Henrique da Silva vs. Ion Cutelaba in a light heavyweight bout, Tim Elliott vs. Ben Nguyen in a flyweight bout, and Alex Volkanovski vs. Mizuto Hirota in a featherweight bout.

According to oddsmakers, Lewis is a -135 favorite over Hunt, who is a +115 underdog. Other odds for the main card include Kelly being a +240 underdog against Brunson, who is a -280 favorite. Here are the betting odds:
