After sitting on the sidelines for over a year do to injuries, surgeries, and rehab, UFC heavyweight Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira showed the world that he is far from done this past Saturday night. On August 27 in Rio de Janeiro, ‘Big Nog’ finished a much younger Brendan Schaub with a first round knockout sending the Brazilian crowd into a frenzy at the UFC 134 event.
Nogueira got there through a lot of hard work and training.
Luckily for us, our friends over at Chokeout.com put together some shots of ‘Big Nog’ training with UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva at the Black House gym in California leading up to the Rio event.
