Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem is still a few months away, but it’s already generated lots of buzz in the MMA community. Fans of MMA are always begging for super fights in which two great fighters or two big names come together in the Octagon. 

Lesnar vs. Overeem has the potential to be one of those super fights. The question on everyone’s mind, however, is whether or not it will be.

These two men are giants. They’re unlike most other heavyweights because of their size, physic, speed and skill. This is one of the big reasons seeing them meet is so intriguing.

Since the dawn of time, the fights that have gathered the masses the most have been those in which in the biggest two fighters went head-to-head. Lesnar vs. Overeem is a literal clash of the titans.

The size of these two men, combined with their individual skill set, makes this fight all the more captivating. 

Lesnar is a freak show. Whether or not you think he has any place being in the Octagon aside, you can’t take away the fact that he moves faster than any man his size should. And let us not forget his superior ability to wrestle.

Overeem is a fighter who’s skilled off his back, and is a decorated kickboxer as well. He isn’t that much smaller than Lesnar, which many other fighters have been. 

Let us not forget all of the questions that are out there about these two fighters. So many of those questions could be answered on December 30. 

On paper, this fight should be one for the ages. So will it be? Absolutely.

There are several ways this fight could go, but all of them will be mesmerizing. Of course, it will be a treat to watch.

Put aside the questions about who will win or who will lose, and you will see that this fight is going to be something special.

Neither one of these men want to lose. They’re both out to prove something, and they’re both absolute behemoths. This fight isn’t going five rounds.

If this fight is a dull fight it will be one of the most disappointing moments the sport of MMA has ever had. 

This fight will be something special that no fight fan should miss. Whether it goes five minutes or five rounds, you can expect a show.
