We start off The Ultimate Show this week with The Ultimate Fighter season seven winner Amir Sadollah, as he continues with another installment in his “Move of the Week” series. This week, Amir shows us how to properly set up and use an omoplata sweep. This is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 101 and a segment not to be missed.
Bleacher Report’s own Jeremy Botter stopped by to give us his thoughts on the future of Michael Bisping after his upcoming fight with Vitor Belfort this Saturday. Botter also lets us know his outcome for the heavyweight matchup between veterans Gabriel Gonzaga and Ben Rothwell.
Jay Hieron is slated to make his way back into the octagon on February 2 at UFC 156. The last time Hieron stepped into the cage, the judges handed him a unanimous decision loss to the “The Juggernaut” Jake Ellenberger. Jay took a break out of his busy training schedule to let us know how determined he is to redeem himself of his recent loss and prove that he still belongs in the UFC.
