After another exciting fight card at UFC 142 in Rio, Kenda breaks down what it all means.

2012 started with a bang when Jose Aldo knocked out Chad Mendes and went crowd surfing with all his fans. Anthony “Rumble” Johnson missed weight by a whole 12 pounds before being destroyed by Vitor Belfort.

We take a look ahead to the first UFC on FX, as the winner between Jim Miller and Melvin Guillard looks to earn a shot at the lightweight title with a victory.

Kenda sits down with Strikeforce champion Luke Rockhold, who talks about his broken hand, his latest fight with Keith Jardine and a potential bout with Tim Kennedy.

The Ultimate Show also got a chance to talk with Melvin “The Young Assassin” Guillard about his upcoming fight with Jim Miller on the UFC on FX.
