UFC is just days away from one of the year’s biggest fight cards, and this time it’s free on Fox. Benson “Smooth” Henderson will make his second title defense in the Octagon against the brash, young Nate Diaz this Saturday night in Seattle.

But before the main event, two legends will start on their paths back to relevance. Mauricio “Shogun” Rua will face off against Swedish sensation Alexander Gustafsson in the co-main event. ‘Tis the season for giving and UFC is doing just that!

With four UFC events on the slate for December, this first one may be one of their biggest of the year! UFC on FOX invades Seattle on Dec. 8 and prepares us for what will be a clash of titans.

On the undercard, UFC legend B.J. Penn is set to square off against up and coming phenom Rory McDonald. It has been over a year since B.J.’s last fight, and he looks to make a statement with this return. The main card has lightweight champion Benson Henderson making his second title defense against the gritty, smack-talking Nate Diaz.

With another installment of “Move of The Week”, the champ, Dominick Cruz, is back to finish his series on counters. This time Dominic gives TUS another way to counter a jab while in the cage.

Also, lightweight Ross Pearson stops by to chat a little with TUS to give us some of his thoughts on his last fight and his experience with coaching Australia’s Ultimate Fighter Season 1. And of course we got Big Nasty giving us the best Thanksgiving Day tweets of the week.
