American Kickboxing Academy has been a staple in the world of MMA training for some time now. With familiar fighters such as Josh Koscheck and Cain Velasquez having called AKA home, this gym is no stranger to talented fighters.
That is why American Kickboxing Academy has become one of the first gyms to ever open its doors to cameras to give the public a glimpse of what it’s like 24 hours a day for these fighters, trainers and managers. It’s pretty entertaining to see all the different dynamics that go on inside the training camps of big fighters like Cain Velasquez, Jon Fitch and Josh Koscheck.
