Carlos Rocha Looking To Make Successful Comeback Versus Mike Pierce Friday Night

UFC welterweight Carlos Rocha (9-1) is looking to make a successful return to the Octagon this Friday night in Florida when he meets Mike Pierce in the final prelim bout of the UFC on FX 3 card. Rocha has not fought in over a year, having lost a split decision to Jake Ellenberger back in February 2011 at UFC 126. The loss was the first of Rocha’s career after nine straight finishes. Following the bout with Ellenberger it was revealed that Rocha required surgery to both elbows leaving him unable to compete in 2011. The submission ace is now back and looking to make a successful run with the UFC.
