Following his first round loss to Stipe Miocic at UFC 198, former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum fell to the No. 1 contender spot in the division.

Miocic took over for Werdum atop the rankings and also debuted at No. 13 in the pound-for-pound Top-15. Werdum fell 11 spots to 15th there.

Other changes of note include Demian Maia climbing to fourth at welterweight following his win over Matt Brown, while Nikita Krylov moved up to 11th at light heavyweight. Thiago Santos debuted at 14th in the middleweight division.

Patrick Cummins fell three spots to 14th following his loss to Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.
