Brazilian jiu-jitsu legend and mixed martial arts pioneer Renzo Gracie has traveled the world plying his trade. These days, the former competitor is known as one of the best trainers in BJJ and MMA, working out of the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City.

In addition to his reputation as a trainer of top-level athletes, Gracie is becoming known as one of the best storytellers in MMA.  Gracie recently sat down with Bleacher Report and regaled us with a tale of a time in New York City where he and his brothers came to the aid of an older woman who had been hosed down with silly string.

Take a minute or two and watch Gracie tell the tale; words cannot do it justice.
