The Shark Fights promotion kicked off it’s 2011 with Friday’s event from Lubbock, Texas, making its debut on HDNet.
The event took place at the Fair Park Coliseum in Lubbock and featured a main event bout between middleweights Matt Horwich (26-17-1) vs. Danilo Villefort (12-3), while female fighters Tara LaRosa (19-2) and Carina Damm (15-5) face off in a 125 lb matchup in the evenings co-main event.
Providing commentary, as always for HDNet, were MMA veteran Frank Trigg and “The Voice” Michael Schiavello.
