UFC 196 went down this past evening (March 5, 2016) live on pay per view from Las Vegas, Nevada, and it was a night of upsets.
Late replacement Nate Diaz shocked the world in the main event, submitting featherweight champion Conor McGregor in the second round.
Former Strikeforce champion Miesha Tate also upset the now former bantamweight champion Holly Holm in the co-main event, becoming the new UFC 135-bantamweight champion.
The world was stunned, and twitter erupted.
