MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant went down to Reign Training Center to catch up with UFC welterweight Jake Ellenberger, days before his scheduled fight with Eduardo de la Rocha at UFC 126. Jake gives us an intimate look at his training with his twin brother Joe, UFC middleweight Mark Munoz and Strikeforce Middleweight Jason “Mayhem” Miller. The rising UFC star tells us about his preparation for 126, his thoughts on his formerly scheduled opponent, John Fitch, and why he sees a bright future for himself in the welterweight division.
