If you watched the UFC 130 weigh-ins, you saw “Big Country” Roy Nelson with his mullet styled into pigtails and tied with pink and green ribbons.
According to Nelson on Twitter, “The pink and green bows in my hair were to show my support to a great charity @goinggreen4pink.”
Going Green for Pink is an “Electronic Recycling Company that gets portions of the proceeds back to fight the disease of Breast Cancer including prevention and treatment,” according to their Twitter page.
Nelson is not only a hard-hitting fighter, he’s also a philanthropist whose heart is definitely in the right place.
