The first round saw Krzysztof Soszynski show Mike Massenzio who was the better fighter, with Krzysztof dominating the smaller Massenzio. Massenzio weighed in at 201 while Soszynski weighed in at 205.
The second round again saw much of the same as the first. Again, Krzysztof was able to impose his will and use his clear size and strength advantage to control Massenzio for most of the second round.
In the third it was yet again the same, except Soszynski was able to try for numerous submission attempts that Massenzio was somehow able to weasel himself out of. Massenzio definitely showed tremendous heart taking this fight even though Soszynski clearly had the size and strength advantage. If anything this looks bad for Krzysztof not being able to finish the fight even though he did everything in his power to end this fight.
Soszynski by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27 and 30-26).
