UFC middleweight Jason “Mayhem” Miller makes his return to the world of reality television in the latest edition of A Day in the Life, released earlier today on Hulu.
The web series, directed by Super Size Me star and documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, explores the unseen daily activities of various actors, athletes, musicians and other star in half-hour long segments. Miller’s episode focuses on his training two week prior to his December bout against fellow The Ultimate Fighter coach Michael Bisping at the finale for the 14th season.

Also in the video, Miller discusses a variety of topics, ranging from building up his personal brand, the street fighting stigma associated with mixed martial arts, overcoming adversity to rejoin the UFC and more.
Miller eventually came up short in his fight against Bisping, suffering a one-sided beatdown culminating in a third-round technical knockout loss. The poor performance nearly earned him a pink slip from an unimpressed UFC President Dana White.
Luckily for Miller, the long time veteran of the sport will get another shot inside the Octagon as he is set to take on C.B. Dollaway at UFC 146 in May.
