After the UFC made a successful debut on network television with a heavyweight title fight between Cain Velasquez and Junior dos Santos, the promotion is now set to officially begin its deal with FOX in 2012. To promote the UFC’s second appearance on FOX, the organization will hold a tickets-on-sale press conference on Wednesday at 1:00 pm ET.
UFC on FOX 2 headliners Rashad Evans, Phil Davis, Chael Sonnen, Mark Munoz and UFC president Dana White will all be on hand for the presser, which will be held at the United Center in Chicago. The light heavyweight and middleweight fights could very likely produce the next top contenders in the respective weigh divisions.
