SEATTLE—Bleacher Report was live and on the scene for yesterday’s UFC on Fox 5 open workouts at the Grand Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle, Washington.
Main-card participants Mike Swick, Matt Brown, Rory MacDonald, B.J. Penn, Alexander Gustafsson, Mauricio Rua, Nate Diaz and light heavyweight champion Benson Henderson all participated, working out for the assembled fans and media, then offering comments about their respective opponents on Saturday night.
