Being a fighter is incredibly difficult. They train for months in anticipation of getting punched in the face for a tiny paycheck, and then afterward? They have to sit in front of the media and answer questions about what went right, what went wrong and what’s next.

Derrick Lewis, though, wasn’t interested in any of that. During the UFC 200 post-fight press conference, Lewis put his head down on the table and had a meeting with Mr. Sandman, via MMAFighting.com’s Ariel Helwani on Instagram:

The nap was well-earned for Lewis, who edged out heavyweight slugger Roy Nelson in a hard-fought bout. While the fight was expected to be a quick, decisive affair, Lewis instead was forced to work in the clinch and off his back for much of the fight.

A late flurry of offense, however, earned Lewis the win via split decision—and the right to take a quick snooze at the presser table.
