Five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski‘s MMA career has always been a wild ride, and his bout at KSW 31 was no exception on Saturday. Facing off with UFC and WSOF veteran Rolles Gracie, Pudzianowski landed one of the hardest punches ever seen in an MMA bout.

After a few circles around Gracie, Pudzianowski trapped Gracie’s lead hand and leaped into an overhand right. The punch landed with an audible thud and immediately left Gracie in a heap. After a bit of follow-up ground-and-pound from Pudzianowski, the ref pulled the local favorite off.

The fight officially ended after just 27 seconds, making it the fastest win of Pudzianowski‘s career and one of the fastest in KSW history.

While he first rose to fame as one of the world’s best strong-man competitors, he made his MMA debut in 2009 as a super heavyweight. Today, he is competing as a heavyweight and owns a career 8-3 record with a four-fight winning streak.

The loss is the latest in a long line of setbacks for Gracie. In 2010, he posted one of the worst showings in UFC history opposite Joey Beltran, which resulted in a TKO loss and a pink slip after just one fight. While he would earn his way into World Series of Fighting three years later, it resulted in his now-infamous “Ric Flair flop” loss to Derrick Mehmen. He would then go on to compete for the KSW Heavyweight Championship opposite Karol Bedorf, losing via Round 1 TKO.

Also on the card, both of KSW‘s defending champions, Michal Materla and the aforementioned Bedorf, defended their titles from Tomasz Drwal and Peter Graham, respectively.
