Former MMA fighter Gina Carano has her theory and what caused the Russian Federation’s ongoing invasion of neighboring Ukraine.

Carano has made a slew of controversial remarks regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and how conservative political voices are treated in society. She compared the treatment of Republicans to that of how the Jewish people were treated during the Holocaust.

Carano has made a career move to filmmaking following her MMA career. She last fought in the cage against Cris “Cyborg” Justino in Strikeforce back in 2009, losing via TKO with just a second left in the first round.

Carano is widely regarded as arguably one of the biggest pioneers of women’s MMA, dating back to her time competing against the likes of Tonya Evinger and Kaitlin Young in EliteXC. But she has ruffled some feathers in the MMA community with some of her controversial comments on social media.

In a recent tweet, Carano blamed countries losing hold of the “COVID narrative” for why Russia is invading Ukraine.

“The moment they lost control of the covid narrative.
Cue a war.

“Straight from one crisis to the next.

“A scripted reality show sacrificing innocent lives for unquenchable greed.

“Endless power grabs.
No accountability.
Devastated economies.

“Never give up freedom for fear,” Carano said.

Carano has been a vocal critic of COVID-19 vaccines and more specifically, COVID-19 vaccine mandates. She has also compared mandatory vaccines with the AIDS epidemic that surged in the 1980s.

Carano was let go by LucasFilms after her comments about the Holocaust in early 2021. Before that, she played a major role in the hit television show The Mandalorian, which is streamed exclusively on Disney+.

Carano will be the main star of an upcoming Western film streamed through the right-wing publication The Daily Wire later this year. The film is titled “Terror on the Prairie” and will also feature a cameo from UFC fan-favorite Donald Cerrone.

What are your thoughts on Gina Carano’s comments?

Gina Carano On Her Next Motion Picture

Gina Carano is taking on another movie role, and the film will be about U.S. President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden. In an announcement, Gina Carano explained how the cast for My Son Hunter contacted her after she was “canceled” by Disney.

“I’m here on the set of My Son Hunter, the story of Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. We’re in Belgrade, Serbia, such an incredible place. Gina Carano said. And I’m working with Lawrence Fox, one of the most amazing humans ever that I found in 2020. So I’m so excited to be here… and then Robert Davi, someone who reached out to me after I got canceled. Gina Carano has booked her second feature role after her exodus from Disney.

The pioneer in women’s mixed martial arts moved into acting following the conclusion of her fighting career. After having some success in films such as Haywire and Deadpool, Carano broke into the mainstream with her role as Cara Dune in Disney’s The Mandalorian. However, following a series of controversial social media posts from Carano, Disney decided to cut ties with the fighter-turned-actress.

Shortly after her ousting, Carano inked a deal with conservative news website The Daily Wire to star in White Knuckle. The film is based off of the novel of the same name written by Eric Red, who also penned the script for the 1986 cult classic The Hitcher. While that movie is still expected to take place, filming has been delayed until 2022.

In the meantime, Carano will shift her efforts towards another collaboration with The Daily Wire. Terror on the Prairie is said to be about a family fighting back against a group of outlaws who terrorize them on their newly built farm in the great plains of Montana. Filming is set to take place in Montana, with Dallas Sonnier (Bone Tomahawk) producing and Michael Polish (Northfolk, The Astronaut Farmer) directing.

UFC veteran Donald Cerrone is also expected to have a starring role in the film. ‘Cowboy’ has been slowly venturing into acting, appearing in the Netflix projects Godless and Spencer Confidential, and most recently appearing in a blink-and-you-miss-it cameo in Cop Shop.

Terror on the Prairie will also feature Nick Searcy, Heath Freeman and Samairie Armstrong.

The Daily Wire first moved into the entertainment industry with their acquisition of the controversial film, Run Hide Fight. They would sign Carano to an overall deal shortly there after.

Terror on the Prairie will be released exclusively to members of The Daily Wire website sometime in spring 2022.

Gina Carano will be back on the big screen.

Earlier this year, Carano was removed from “The Mandalorian” over a series of controversial social media posts. Since then, however, she signed a starring and production deal with the conservative website The Daily Wire. Now, she has booked her second movie which will be a Western movie.

She had already been announced to star in the movie which will be called “White Knuckle,” which is based on a book of the same name from writer Eric Red. The former MMA fighter’s focus, however, will be on this movie called “Terror on the Prairie” with a release date expected in early 2022.

According to MMAFighting, Terror on the Prarie is about a pioneering family that fights back against a gang of vicious outlaws that is terrorizing them on their newly built farm in the great plains of Montana. Gina Carano will also not be the only MMA fighter starring in the movie as UFC fighter, Donald Cerrone has already been booked for the movie. Cerrone was also a part of Mark Wahlberg’s movie, Spencer Confidential which was on Netflix.

Carano last competed in MMA back in 2009 where she made her Strikeforce debut and headlined the card against Cris Cyborg for the featherweight title. She ended her MMA career with a record of 7-1 and holds notable wins over Kaitlin Young, Tonya Evinger, and Julie Kedzie.

Cerrone, meanwhile, last fought back in May where he suffered a TKO loss to Alex Morono. He’s winless in his last six, as he’s 0-5 with one No Contest and has now hinted at a return to the lightweight in early 2022.

Gina Carano Stirs Up Controversy Over Mandatory Vaccines & Passports

After comparing vaccines and passports to the HIV epidemic, former MMA fighter and actress Gina Carano has set the social media landscape ablaze with her think pieces.

The former Disney star was fired from the company earlier this year following backlash for comments many viewed as anti-Semitic. However, the corporation claims that her political affiliations were not involved in her dismissal from The Mandalorian project. Regardless, Carano took her services elsewhere, just as she has done in the past with her other career avenues.

We reported on Aug. 12 that Carano already picked up her first major movie role since her abrupt departure with Disney. Now, the 39-year old has spoken out again. While it wasn’t about her future in film, it was another piece to inspire deep thought.

“Imagine it’s 1981 and the government has mandated that all LGBTQ people have to show papers proving they aren’t HIV positive or they won’t be allowed on planes, into concerts or to dine at restaurants,” a message to her millions of online followers read. “Read that again.” Gina Carano posted.

Carano’s comparison was certainly polarizing to some, though her goal is to bring attention to America’s freedoms and liberties. The former fighter insists that the U.S. is “surrendering freedoms” over healthcare measures currently amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

After posting the controversial think piece, some were more understanding, while others were mostly puzzled by her perspective.

“Wow, talk about an odd perspective,” said an onlooker. (via RT)

One is a disease that isn’t transmitted like a cold, has available vaccines and the other doesn’t transmit like that and has no vaccine. Let’s try another comparison, shall we?” said one reader.

Another reacted: “OK, I read it again and I’m still confused. Do you think HIV is transmissible via airborne particles? Because it’s not.” said another.

Gina Carano is well known for her strong personality and viewpoints about social issues. Carano backed up her contentious piece by sharing a video of her participation in a Time Square protest against mandatory vaccines and passports.

Gina Carano has not fought since 2009 where she lost in a first-round TKO against Cris Cyborg. After losing her role in The Mandalorian, Carano has aligned herself with The Daily Wire and Bonfire Legend. Carano’s post-MMA career is busy but interesting with how often she finds herself in the hot seat over controversial statements that inspire debate.

What do you make of Gina Carano’s remarks?
