Boxing star, Devin Haney received more barbs from former-foe, Ryan Garcia overnight on social media – after footage emerged of him engaging in a physical altercation with a civilian whilst attending a fairground attraction.

Haney, the current WBC world champion in recess, has yet to return to action since his initial unanimous decision loss to arch-rival, Garcia was overturned to an official ‘No Contest’ back in April – after the latter tested positive for the banned substance, ostarine.

Initially dropping a one-sided unanimous decision loss to the polarizing, Garcia, Haney was dropped on three separate occasions against the former – before the result was overturned, with Haney seeing his unbeaten record reinstated.

While yet to return to action in the time since, Haney has been linked with a potential deal with Saudi adviser, Turki Alalshikh to bring his talents to the region, however, overnight, footage of his latest brawl – albeit outside the squared circle would emerge.

Attending a fairground attraction, Haney was seemingly agitated by a heckler, whom he swung at with a strike – which missed, before his entourage separated the duo.

Receiving criticizms of a mocking nature on social media – Haney was blasted by his arch-nemesis, Garcia, who is currently carrying out a suspension for his anti-doping violation earlier this year.

“He couldn’t even drop a civilian,” Ryan Garcia posted on his official X account about Devin Haney. “Also you talked about being a great role model. You really punched someone while your whole team jumps one guy sounds pretty Diddy to me.”

Manny Pacquiao vs. Ryan Garcia Rukiya Anpo

Manny Pacquiao, the boxing legend, apparently will be facing the young star Ryan Garcia. The boxing match was announced by ‘King Ryan’ himself and is to be taking place in the fourth quarter of 2024. Tokyo, Japan, in association with RIZIN, and an exhibition are all likely but nothing is yet confirmed.

Manny Pacquiao vs. Ryan Garcia

I am fighting Manny Pacquiao guys, let’s get it.” While on a live stream, ‘King Ryan’ explained that this match will be going down later this year but definitely in 2024. “It’s coming soon, I’m trying to work on [a date]. It will be at end of the year for sure. So, I’m trying to get more focused, stop drinking, and stop doing a lot of the s*it I was doing.”

“I was [in Japan figuring out] a fight date with Manny Pacquiao.” Ryan Garcia said, “Yeah, I’m going to fight him. This is the first time that it’s ever been announced. Yeah, it’s an exhibition.” [H/t BJPenn.com]

This past week, the Filipino-born athlete Manny Pacquiao took an exhibition boxing match against K-1 Kickboxing world champion Rukiya Anpo. It was officially declared a draw, but Japan’s Anpo did very well in the match utilizing his size advantage. During the Super Rizin 3 event, after the ‘Pac-Man’ fight, Ryan Garcia got in the ring and called out Manny Pacquiao and Rukiya Anpo.

Ryan Garcia

The Californian Ryan Garcia is a professional boxer with an impressive career for his young age. After an amazing amateur career, he turned pro and earned multiple boxing world titles. Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis served ‘King Ryan’ his first professional loss.

Controversy has been chasing the 25-year-old boxer. In his most recent match, he missed weight and then failed a drug test. Garcia has also been outspoken about people who are LGBTQ and was arrested for property damage. Plus, he was accused of being abusive by his ex-wife.

Manny Pacquiao

All-time great Manny Pacquiao has had a legendary boxing career. The Filipino striker has picked up multiple world titles across several weight classes throughout his storied professional record. With 62 victories, he earned titles in the WBC, IBF, WBO, WBA, and many more. ‘Pac Man’ was celebrated for his aggressive knockout style and was elevated to national hero status in the home Philippines.

Since stopping professional boxing, Manny Pacquiao has remained active in exhibition matches, such as we just saw in Super Rizin 3. Additionally, he is known as a singer and politician.

Amid his suspension from professional boxing competition following a failed drug test stemming from his decision win over Devin Haney, former world champion, Ryan Garcia has set sights on fights with both Conor McGregor and Sean O’Malley in bare knuckle fighting.

Garcia, a former interim WBC lightweight champion, saw his initial decision victory over former world champion, Haney overturned to an official ‘No Contest’ after he failed a post-fight drug test.

Staking his claim for a potential move to the UFC following a surprising call out from featherweight contender, Dan Ige, Victorville native, Garcia has now called for a bare knuckle fight with Octagon superstars, McGregor as well as undisputed bantamweight champion, O’Malley.

Ryan Garcia welcomes BKFC fights with Sean O’Malley, Conor McGregor

“I would fight – what’s his name? Sean O’Malley – ‘Suga’ Sean O’Malley?” Ryan Garcia said whilst attending Super Rizin 3 in Japan. “Conor McGregor in bare knuckle. But yes, it’s a very big possibility. I know how to wrestle, I know how to do a lot of things that people don’t know. So yeah. I would do it. I would knock out ‘Suga’ Sean O’Malley’s rainbow hair off his head.” (H/T MMA Fighting)

Along with a fight against the likes of McGregor or Montana striker, O’Malley, outspoken puncher, Garcia welcomed the chance to take on former multiple-time and division world champion, Manny Pacquiao following his exhibition matchup in the Japanese promotion.

“I would love to fight Manny Pacquiao – in a real fight, though, 12 rounds,” Ryan Garcia explained. “I wouldn’t do an exhibition at all. I would want to do a real fight, old lion versus young lion.”

Boasting a 24-1(1) professional record, Garcia’s sole professional loss came in the form of a knockout defeat to unbeaten finishing star, Gervonta Davis in the pair’s grudge match back in April of last year.

Ryan Garcia Announces His Attendance For SuperRIZIN 3 This Weekend Amidst Exhibition Rumours

Ryan Garcia has sent out a message via the RIZIN social media channels to announce that he will be in attendance at SuperRIZIN 3 this weekend.

The Japanese promotion returns to Saitama Super Arena on July 28 where boxing star Manny Pacquiao will be in action against Rukiya Anpo.

Garcia, who has been extremely controversial both before and after his recent fight with Devin Haney, has been recently rumoured to have been given permission from Golden Boy to compete in an exhibition on RIZIN later this year.

The video sees Garcia sending a message to the Japanese fans, when you can hear him over what appears to be construction work taking place in the background.

“Hello, Ryan Garcia here. My announcement is this. I’m heading to Japan. Heading to Japan because I’m going to be at the RIZIN event and I know they’re making noise but guess what? I go louder, I go harder and I cannot wait to meet all my fans in Japan. Arigato from my heart to your heart, I love you. I’mma learn how to say I love you in Japanese. I’mma tell every Japan I love them, konnichiwa.”

Sean O’Malley Unloads On Conor McGregor In Recent Social Media Exchange

After they seemingly settled the beef not long ago, Conor McGregor couldn’t resist taking another slight dig at UFC bantamweight Sean O’Malley.

He quoted a post on X with a laughing face emoji that spoke about O’Malley pointing to a recent finding regarding how Ostarine can be transferred through sweat to explain his previous positive drug test results.

“Sugar” didn’t take long to reply and when he did, he appeared to sever any chance of rebuilding this bridge with “The Notorious”.

A pair of back-to-back posts made reference to McGregor’s current form inside the Octagon, UFC 303 withdrawal and referred to him a “drug addict” who “needs rehab”.

Suffice to say that the former UFC champ champ is not going to take these comments lightly.

Bellator Champions Series Announces Patchy Mix & ‘Baki’ For Paris Event On November 16

The Bellator Champions Series is heading back to Paris on November 16 and so is the bantamweight champion Patchy Mix.

He was last in action this past May where he closed the show at the French capital by defending his title via a controversial split decision win over Magomed Magomedov.

Mix is now set to return for the second time this year when he faces Brazil’s Leandro Higo who is coming off of back-to-back wins.

The co-main has also been announced with former Cédric Doumbé opponent Baissangour “Baki” Chamsoudinov finally making his return as he looks to stay undefeated against Sweden’s Oliver Enkamp.

Ryan Garcia was escorted out of the Honda Center in Anaheim immediately following his little brother’s knockout loss.

Sean Garcia, the 23-year-old sibling of ‘King Ryan,’ returned to the ring on Saturday night for a scrap with Amado Vargas, the son of boxing icon Fernando Vargas. In what was one of the more thrilling fights of the night, the previously undefeated Garcia gave it everything he had but was unable to overcome the onslaught of offense from Vargas.

Ryan Garcia brother gets TKO'd

46 seconds into round six, the referee had seen enough, bringing a stop to the bout and awarding Vargas the victory via TKO. He is now 11-0 in his pro boxing career.

In his brother’s corner for the fight, Ryan Garcia was seen being escorted out of the arena after he appeared to share words with some fans seated ringside.

Ryan Garcia disputes reports that he was ‘escorted’ out

Immediately following the fight, Garcia took to social media and offered the most backhanded of compliments to Vargas.

Ryan Garcia

“Sean just kept getting hit with the uppercut and never countered fair play Amado congrats,” Garcia wrote on X. “Although I knock out you and all your brothers pretty easy but congrats you guys won.”

The former WBC interim lightweight champion also addressed the reports that he was escorted out, claiming that it was nothing more than fake news.

Ryan Garcia

“I wasn’t escorted I left,” Garcia added. “Not one hater in real life And everyone was cool Bc Like I said everyone knows my heart.”

Ryan Garcia is headed to rehab after a Racially-Charged rant resulted in his expulsion from the WBC

Ryan Garcia is going to rehab. Or so he says.

On Wednesday, Garcia continued to tank his own career when he went on a racist rant on his X Spaces, using a slew of slurs and disparaging Muslims. It was just the latest in a series of bad choices for the Victorville, California native, but it appears as though this was the straw that finally broke the camel’s back.

The following day, WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman stated on social media that Garcia had been expelled by the council. “We reject any form of discrimination,” Sulaiman wrote.

Ryan Garcia

In the wake of the incident, Ryan Garcia has attempted to apologize for his words, though his apology to the black community felt like more of a justification for his poor decision-making.

“I grew up in a neighborhood where everyone said that word that now I’m abolishing from my vocabulary,” Garcia wrote on Instagram. “I’ve supported many black men and black communities. I’m not mad at the outrage and I sincerely apologize if I hurt and offended anyone. But my pain deserves to be felt, black and brown have always united. And it will always be that way.

“I’m just a shade lighter than you, but I love you and I love black children to the point I’d die for a black child. I was speaking against black-on-black crime. [Again] I’m Sorry.”

In the comments section of the post, Garcia tried to pass the blame to a “friend” who supposedly asked him to say “that word” before revealing that he was heading to rehab.

Ryan Garcia

“I’m also headed to rehab,” he added.

Ryan Garcia’s expulsion from the WBC comes weeks after an anti-doping violation and an arrest for felony vandalism

It’s been a tumultuous couple of months for the former WBC interim lightweight champion. After a stellar performance against Devin Haney in April, ‘King Ryan’ had everyone convinced that his downward spiral was nothing more than an act to fool his opponent and oddsmakers ahead of fight night.

Ryan Garcia

Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be entirely true. In the months following the fight, Garcia was flagged by the NYSAC for an anti-doping violation. He was subsequently suspended for one year by the commission and his win over Haney was overturned to a no-contest.

Weeks later, he was arrested in Beverly Hills after reportedly causing $15,000 in damage to property at the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Garcia was charged with felony vandalism.
